today was ok. im tired. it is SO hot outside! my arms still hurt but its not so bad that i need to skip orchestra tonight. my challah that i made for school tasted good, but i cooked it a little too long and it got dry in the middle.

today was ok. i am tired. we didnt do much today - snl vids in govt., nothing in chem, 3 sightreadings in orch, and some classwork and notes on pre-calc. tomorow is graduation, so i dont have to go to school.

today we have no school for Memorial Day. i also have no school on wednesday. today i hope we will sit around at home because i am tired and have a headache.

today we went to the movies with dad. we saw 'iron man'. it was really good, except at the end gwyneth paltrow couldnt seem to act like she was scared to save her life. the special effectrs were so good i had a headache for 1/2 an hour after seeing the movie. totally worth it :)

8 days of school left (i think)! i found out that greg has started playing runescape. i thought i might try it out, but i watched him for a little and it looks like a cheap, glitchy version of oblivion. dad's 360 is broken - the disk drive got stuck. :P but we're going to see IRON MAN tomorow!!! that will be awesome!!!

today we finally had no hsa's. my last two pds we did almost no work (absolutely none in 4th). we had a sub for 4th, spanish class, and everyone pretended they had never learned anything ever. unfortunately for them, the sub knew spanish.

today was the last day of hsa testing - algebra. i took this one in 7th grade, but a bunch of the freshies in my orchestra class took it today. i hope they passed!

today was the english hsa. it was totally boring. i was soooooooo bored during the essays. they give you 3 2 page essays and 4 bcrs, plus mc questions, to do in less than 3 hours!

today was the government HSA. it was insanely long and easy and boring. i got at least 40 minutes of sleep because i finished so early in both sessions.

today i went to church and then helped flora move. her new house is gorgeous. it took me like 1/2 an hour, but i finally put together her Shoe Rack From Hell.

today we went to the beach with dad. it was a lot of fun. we played basketball, flew kite, walked the jetty (twice!) and waded by the beach.

today it is friday. we have private orchestra lessons this afternoon. we will be dropped off early and mom will go shopping with greg. i am very tired. i need to get some sleep tonight.

today was ok. it is insanely hot and, unfortunately, i know it will only get worse. in gym class, we played kickball OUTSIDE. it was aweful. my schoolo bus has been late in the morning and early in the afternoon for the last 2 days and will continue to be so until monday.

today is wednesday. wahoo is very tired and is therefore acting very calm. he is staring at the tv even though it is off. he wont even get up to go outside, even when i hook a leash-type-item on his collar. *sigh* i guess ill just try again later.

today it is tuesday. there aer only about 3 1/2 weeks of school left. finals week is very late this year. i may not recieve a govt. final, as we have to take both the AP and HSA tests for that subject. we will find out tomorow - tonight, mr. morris is checking with ms. spence to see if he has to give us one or not. if he does, he says it will be insanely easy and we will just see it as a free way to easily raise our grades.

today is mothers day. yesterday i got mom a new ipod since i apparently lost her old one. it was pretty expensive. there was a little wait at the Best Buy because they had to have the manager get us an ipod from wherever it is they hide them.

today we saw dad. he dropped me andada off at BTCenter and we got mom her mothers day gifts. i also got her an ipod, since i apparently lost her old one. it is a 8 GB silver nano. the only tests at school from now on are the HSA's and the finals. the HSA's are a total joke, but some of the finals are going to be challenging. the orchestra and Govt. ones will be extremely easy, since in govt. we had the AP test and in orchestra, everything is easy :)

tomorow is my orchestra concert. i hate that our uniforms are so hot - floor-length bottoms and at least 3/4 sleeves. and all black! not fair :P. but at least im not a guy - they get school-issued tuxes.

today we had the ap exams. we are not allowed to talk about the essay questions for 2 days and if we EVER talk about the mc questions, we will die. at first i wasnt planning to leave school after the test, but now i have and i am glad. the test was not very challenging but it was tiring and at times quite boring. we had 100 minutes to do the essays and i did all 4 in less than 45 minutes.

last night i went to my friends j's b-day party. first, i met with some friends at the school and we watched her perform a solo - the song 'fever'. it was amazing! i had no idea she could sing that well. i saw lots of my other friends performing as well.

i get lots of stuff in the mail from colleges. at first i just threw it away. then i started ripping them open and throwing them in boxes. then i started throwing them, unopened, into bigger boxes. i am now making the sheets of useless information into paper cranes. i dont care how awesome your school is, i am NOT going to the midwest.

ap test

the ap tests for my school are on moday. i will be taking the us govt. and politics ap test. some students will take it at the school while others will walk down to a local church. after the test many students are so exhausted that they simply return home, but i believe that i will be unable to do so and will therefore be forced to attend spanish class.
